Q Series Welder Software Update - Ford 5554 and Tesla 4145 1.2mm Aluminum Filler Wires
An update must be made to Q series welders to add programs for Ford 5554 and Tesla 4145 1.2mm aluminum filler wires.
Important note, this update will only work for late model machines with the USB interface on the inside of the front control panel.
Required Tools:
-windows laptop with standard USB port
-USB A to USB B cable (printer cable)
-screwdriver to remove front control panel
-basic PC skills

3. Below is the new program chart. Click the chart to download and print.
4. Programs 413/Ford 5554 and 473/Tesla 4145 should now be available for use.
