Process to fix "Critical Error Database" issue
1. Remote into customers computer.
2. Download the WinTouch program
3. Install the TOUCH program over existing installation.
4. Open software and see if issue is resolved.
5. If not resolved then search for "ODBC Data Sources (32 bit)"
6. Add new "User Data Sources"
7. Select Driver " Microsoft Access Driver (.mdb)"
8. Fill in fields displayed on computer 
     Data Source Name: Database Di Microsoft Access
     Description: None
9. Click "OK" and recheck to see if the issue has been resolved by opening the TOUCH program.

      All that needs to be done is pasting this file into the installation folder for the TOUCH program. Access the installation folder for the TOUCH by right clicking on the TOUCH icon and the selecting "Open File Location" then just paste the file into ...
