Issue: Runtime error 13 when opening the touch software
Cause: Incomplete touch.ini file
Fix:
- Right click on the touch software
- Open file location
- Find the touch.ini file and delete it
- Copy the touch.ini file that is in the TOUCH folder
- Go back one folder and paste it in there
- Run Test Touch

Customer had to go in and setup calibration for the welding gun. PRG (hold for 5 sec) -> scroll to SPC by moving the left knob -> PRG (hold for 5 seconds) -> Set SCC to 6 by moving the right knob.

Remoted into Jesus's computer and showed him howto correct this issue which is to either re run TestTouch.exe to automatically generate the file or manually goto the Touch folder and rename "Touch.inx or Touch.in1" to "Touch.ini"

All that needs to be done is pasting this file into the installation folder for the TOUCH program. Access the installation folder for the TOUCH by right clicking on the TOUCH icon and the selecting "Open File Location" then just paste the file into ...
