Touch arm sounds like its measuring the first point but will not proceed to the next point

Problem: cannot get the touch to go from the very first measuring point to the second, and its making the measuring sound. 
Solution: Exit out of everything and make sure that TestTouch is not open in the background
                  if it is then exit TestTouch and open the Touch software.

Cause: TestTouch gains the connection to the touch arm for the computer, if its left open and then the Touch software is opened, the BT connection will never move over to the Touch software it will always stay connected to TestTouch.
